Thin layer of concrete concreted

After completion of filling and compacting buffer layer, and compressibility module checks by authorized organizations (which shall promptly report to come), they are now thin layer of concrete, concreting, as a substrate for the base plate. Today that job is completed, and enclosed a few photos.
